2. Payment & Fees
The Client agrees to pay $__________ for the coaching services outlined above.

For monthly coaching packages, payments are due on the (Day) of each month.
Payment plans (if applicable) must be agreed upon in writing.
No refunds will be provided once coaching sessions have begun.
3. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
Rescheduling: Clients may reschedule a session with at least 24-hour notice. Sessions canceled within 24 hours may be forfeited.
Missed Sessions: If the Client does not show up for a scheduled session without notice, it will be counted as a completed session and will not be rescheduled.
Late Arrivals: If the Client is more than 15 minutes late, the session may be shortened or forfeited.
Coach Cancellations: If the Coach needs to reschedule, the Client will be given an option for a new session date at no additional cost.
4. Confidentiality Agreement
All discussions and information shared during coaching sessions are strictly confidential.
The Coach will not disclose any personal information to third parties without written consent, except in cases where disclosure is required by law (e.g., risk of harm to self/others).
5. Client Responsibilities
The Client agrees to actively participate in coaching sessions and complete any assignments or exercises given.
The Client understands that coaching is a partnership and requires effort, commitment, and an open mindset.
The Client acknowledges that coaching is not therapy, counseling, or a substitute for licensed professional services.
6. Coach Responsibilities
The Coach agrees to provide professional guidance, accountability, and support to the Client based on their selected coaching package.
The Coach will respect the Client’s privacy and uphold professional integrity.
The Coach will help the Client develop personalized strategies, but results are not guaranteed—success depends on the Client’s effort and execution.
7. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
The Client acknowledges that coaching results vary based on individual commitment and circumstances.
The Coach is not responsible for any decisions, actions, or outcomes resulting from the coaching process.
The Client agrees to hold the Coach harmless from any claims, damages, or losses related to the services provided.
8. Termination of Agreement
Either party may terminate this Agreement with a 7-day written notice.
No refunds will be issued for services already rendered.
If the Client breaches the terms of this Agreement (e.g., repeated no-shows, failure to make payments), the Coach reserves the right to terminate services.
